Giving Back Starts Within
Just Born believes that our associates have an integral role to play in the community and encourages them to help carry out the company vision and philosophy through our company’s volunteer program.
1,500+ Hours of Service Each Year
Together, our associates annually log over 1,500 hours of volunteer service! In our local communities, we love to cook and serve meals, prepare food boxes and emergency supplies, beautify grounds, paint rooms, work in community schools, and so much more!
We proudly organize on‑shift volunteer opportunities with local nonprofits because making a difference should fit into the workday, not just after hours. For our associates who would like to also volunteer
off-shift, we support them with our Dollars for Doers program!
Living Our Purpose
Just Born Associates also share their talents and expertise through volunteer service on boards of directors, advisory groups and committees for non-profit organizations.
Our volunteer program is a core part of our culture and values. When we give back, we are living out our purpose of creating joyful moments and stronger communities.
